2011 Calendar – Hope Chest for Breast Cancer

Wednesday, June 30th, 2010

I have the privilege of photographing the calendar for the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer again this year. Today was the first shoot of 12 we’ll be doing. The stories of our “calendar girls” are inspirational.

When a mom is diagnosed with breast cancer, most often, it seems, her children become her #1 reason to fight for her life. Beautiful.

Calendars can be purchased online at their website. Also, there will be a calendar release event on Saturday, September 11. More details to come.

Esme Perle – 1 year

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

Esme RAN through her first year of life. She is a beautiful little girl with so much joy!

I couldn’t decide which picture I liked the best of the above 3, so I put them all on the blog.

This bowl has been at every shoot this year. Tanya and I decided we might have to bring out the bowl at Esme’s graduation shoot in 17 years.

Tanya & Aaron, I love our friendship. Thank you for being so enthusiastically loyal. It’s an honor to take your pictures.

Kara & family

What a beautiful family. There were too many pictures to pick from. I could hardly narrow it down for this blog. Kara’s family is just beautiful.

Emmylou is 7 month old and happy all the time.

There were several family pictures with everyone smiling. You make my job EASY!

Kara taught our baby gymnastics class at The Little Gym in Woodbury. I love them at the gym. Kara is amazing and we (our whole class) bonded.

Kara, your family is wonderful. It was great to meet Jack and see you and the girls. Thanks for being a great friend.

Adalyn & Sydney

There is something beautiful about sisters. Sydney adores her baby sister and loved holding her.

Sydney is a happy, playful little girl – a ray of sunshine.

What a sweet little family.

My big girl – Brenna Grace – 19 months

Brenna was just so cute today. I walked into her room and she was playing and I had to take her outside for a shoot.

It’s been a while since I posted any of her, so here are my favorites from our 10 minute shoot.
